For returning merchants... what has changed?

Summer is again a RFL donation event, we're asking you to have 2 items in RFL 100% donation vendors. The rest of your event booth can be sale items that are not donation vendors. The items should be new, or new versions of other available items. Building to theme is encouraged but optional, and the mini hunt at the event is completely optional but of course encouraged.
